Ontario Providing Free Flu and COVID-19 Vaccines Across the Province

Nov 4, 2025

Ontario residents aged six months and older can now receive free flu and COVID-19 vaccines at participating pharmacies, public health units, and healthcare providers to protect against respiratory illnesses this fall and winter. Health officials recommend staying up to date with routine immunizations, and it is safe to get flu and COVID-19 vaccines at the same time.

Free RSV vaccines (Abrysvo® or Arexvy) are available for adults 75+, certain high-risk adults 60+, infants under eight months, high-risk children under 24 months, and pregnant women to help protect newborns.

Deputy Premier Sylvia Jones and Chief Medical Officer Dr. Kieran Moore emphasized that immunization is a key tool to prevent serious illness and hospitalizations, urging eligible residents to take advantage of the free vaccines.

Residents can consult healthcare providers or local public health units for information on eligibility and immunization history.
