The Ontario government has launched a new integrated service hub at Peel Region’s headquarters in Brampton, combining provincial and municipal services in one location. This two-year pilot project, a partnership between ServiceOntario and Peel Region, allows residents to access services like driver’s licence and health card renewals alongside local municipal services — all at one counter. The initiative aims to improve accessibility, reduce wait times, and enhance customer experience. It is part of ServiceOntario’s broader strategy to modernize service delivery, including mobile centres in remote areas, streamlined services for seniors, expanded health card services, online marriage licence applications, virtual health card renewals, and digital dealership vehicle registrations.
