Trauma-Informed Approach Training

This virtual training will provide settlement staff with an understanding of how trauma affects newcomers’ well-being, adjustment, and engagement with services. Participants will explore the principles of trauma-informed care and learn practical strategies to create safe, inclusive, and supportive environments that promote healing and resilience within newcomer communities.
