Garage Sales
In spring and fall, many homeowners have garage sales to sell household items that aren’t useful to them anymore. These sales are usually great for finding gently used furniture, items for the home and even clothing.
Check the local newspapers or watch for signs that advertise garage sales in neighbourhoods. Most garage sales are on weekends and it is best to get there early in the morning to find the best items.
